Jose Manuel Garcia Guevara is accused of raping and killing a young mother by stabbing her 17 times in front of her four year old. The crime occurred in the quiet community of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Garcia-Guevara was last seen at a bus station heading to Mexico. It is possible that he is hiding in Mexico or that he has returned to the US using false documents. The FBI has added him to the Top Ten Most Wanted list and is offering a $100, 000 reward.
